Leasing Information

The following information is provided for your convenience. You can always call our leasing specialist at 480-917-2929, stop by in person, or send us an inquiry via e-mail if you have any questions.

• We offer six-month leases. When your lease expires, you can sign another six-month lease or switch to month-to-month.
• The application fee is $35. Currently we accept only checks, money orders, or the coupon located on the left side of this page.
• Upon receiving your completed application we will work to give you approval by the next business day. Most applications are approved on the same day.
• The deposit is $150 on approved credit ($50 refundable).
• We accept pets 25lbs and under with management approval. Additional deposit and rent apply. Please contact us for more details.
• We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. If you need to schedule an appointment outside of business hours, please ask. We'll do our best to accomodate you.
